🖼️ Paper & Canvas Prints

✅ Withdrawal right:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel or return your order (excluding custom-made or personalized products).

📦 Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless we made a mistake or the product is faulty.

🚚 Damaged on arrival:

• If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Send a photo of the damage, and we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

🎨 Original Artworks

Each original piece is unique and handmade.

❗ Final Sale:

• All original artwork sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of damage during delivery.

🚚 Damaged artwork:

• Contact us within 7 days with photographic proof.

• After verification, you will receive a refund or credit toward another artwork.
